False advertising

considerable distance indifferent staff

This hotel was quite a letdown. i booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as beachfront. it's not even close. The beach is a considerable distance away. to make things worse, the staff didn't seem to care about any of my complaints. i was told to expect a relaxing vacation, but it was anything but.

faulty keys water waste

The staff was friendly. The daily room service was acceptable.

The keys NEVER seemed to work. I walked to the reception several times to reset them because my room was all the way in the back and it was ANNOYING walking back and forth. Hot water was also an issue. I let the water run for some time before it became warm. I felt guilty wasting all that water to shower.

limited breakfast misleading description

The suite I received on arrival was quite large.

The breakfast really lacked variety for a supposed 5-star hotel. I found only one type of cheese and one kind of cold cut. The location is not near the beach, despite descriptions suggesting otherwise. The hotel is around 400 m from the beach, a key detail that misled me.
